Our service menu is simple and all inclusive for our guests. Our specialty stylists only offer one-on-one sessions so you will always receive their undivided attention. We ask that all of our guests give us a 48-hour notice when canceling a reservation. Less than 24-hour notice and 'NO-SHOWS' will result in a charge of 100% of your reserved appointments. As a courtesy, we do text and/or email to confirm the date and time 48 hours prior to your reservation. If you fail to confirm your reservation at least 24 hours prior, we cannot promise your spot. If you arrive late and our schedule allows for us to hold your reservation, we will. If it is going to affect our other guests we will unfortunately have to reschedule or be unable to provide all services scheduled. **We do not submit refunds for our cancellation policy or any services provided.
